We would like to take a moment and thank the entire team at MASTOUR RUGS from NY for assisting us with finding us the most beautiful rugs for our apartment in Park Ave New York. After a long search for rugs in the market , our interior designer recommended to visit MASTOUR trade showroom in NY , and we were overwhelmed by their vast collection of beautiful designer carpets. The team was very knowledgeable about the colors and design we were searching for our project , and we ended ordering 9 rugs for our NY residence. We received our custom order after 3 months and couldn't be more happier. We recommend MASTOUR fine rugs to anyone who wish to by high end designer rugs with very reasonable price. Ms KD

OUR INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM BEEN WORKING WITH FEW HIGH END RUG VENDORS IN NEW YORK AND CA , BUT AFTER WE SAW MASTOUR NEW YORK RUGS , WE ARE SETTING OUR TEAM TO CONTINUE OUR RELATION WITH THIS COMPANY AND BUY FROM THEM . Rating Details
He was rude and nasty. He is worse than a used car salesman with a lot of lemons. I wrote a review of the experience on Yelp. He asked me to take it down. I did, but then i softened it and placed it up again. I was called and threatened. He went on to call me a "***" when i said i stood by my word. and continues to threaten to "ruin" me. Who does that? I understand being a snake oil salesman as you bark at employees. Then to call and say a term so rude. I don't care how lovely your rugs are. I think his actions to the people that have worked hard for him speak volumes about your character Joseph Mastour.

Our interior design company purchased many rugs at the trade show from Mastour fine rugs and we would like to thank them for the great customer service and the attention and their time they spent with us and explaining us the true work of arts they carry . They Steal Money!!
If you read this before you buy them, please don't do it!!. MASTOUR GALLERIES WILL NEVER DELIVER!! I first met Mr. Joseph Mastour on an Expo, he is very professional, and clever, showed me all of his collection. When I sent my order with my 9,500usd, THEY NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN!! If it was a lucky day that one of the two Mastour guys picked up the office phone the could tell a story that they have traveled all over the world working and they would answer for sure on the next day. Now I have many months with NO REFOUND, NO CARPET AND NO ANSWER!!!

No Complaints with Mastour
Yes. They Take a Long Time to Make Rugs. But, what They Deliver is Pure Gold. I'm Surprised to Read Complaints with Mastour. My Experience was One of Complete Satisfaction. My Customer was Very Happy with Their Wool/Silk Rug, Custom Made in The Customers Color Palette--to the Size They Needed. Excellent Craftsmanship. They Provided Us with a Strike Off so The Customer Could See the Quality, and Feel the Richness of the Product. The Wool & Silk Blend Is Absolutely Gorgeous. Joseph is very Professional. They Steal Money!!
Please if you read this before you buy to them, don't do it!! I saw Mr. Joseph Mastour on an Expo, he was very kind..., a professional, then I placed my order and send the payment and THEY NEVER ANSWER!!! THEY DON'T DELIVER!!! Any lucky day they pick the phone the said they have been traveling in many expos all over the world and that they are going tho answer the next they... BE CAREFULL WITH THIS PROFESSIONAL THIEFS!! They can have very nice samples but it is worthless, they will never deliver your product, be carefull with them.

Failure to refund money for returned rug
I am an interior designer and I purchased a rug from George and Joseph Mastour in November of 2012 to present to a client, with the specific understanding that if the rug did not work out, I could return it for a full refund. The colors of the rug did not work in my client's room, so I did return the rug promptly. It was received by Mastour Galleries on November 26, 2012. It is now February 2013, and I have yet to receive a refund, despite numerous phone calls and emails. I've reported them to my credit card company. Very unscrupulous business men.

It's a Big Lie written by ERIC BRUCHMAN , he could not work for us and could not fulfill our position that was required from him and was very unprofessional and extremely Rude to any clients who h visited our showroom , during the trade show .
And when we asked him over 10 times to change his behavior , he took it as a Big Joke and continued with his childish and very rude behavior toward our High End clientele .
We decided that he was Not the Right person to represent our company and our High End line.
He decided to leave the show on his own and our entire staff was So Happy that he left the trade show .
We will never hire ERIC BRUCHMAN from North Carolina ever again.
He Is a sleazy and very unprofessional person.
